Tristen Qaderi

Tristen Qaderi, CFP, CLU, CHS. is no stranger to Real Estate or Finance, having spent 14 years in the financial sector and completing multiple designations and bought his first Real Estate property at the age of 23 and has continued to own rental properties since then.

Before joining the Real Estate in 2021, Tristen worked for a diverse range of organizations, including IG Wealth Management, Canada Life Assurance and Sun Life Financial. Where Tristen spent many years in managing financial advisors and building financial plans, managing investment portfolios, tax planning, retirement planning as well as recommending insurance solutions for income protection, asset protection as well as estate planning purposes.

Tristen, specializes in Real Estate development, rental properties, and home buying and has successfully served a wide range of clients, including first time home buyers, investors, and other Real Estate developers.

Tristen Qaderi, is also the creator of the TV show The Wise Guys- Finance my life, which was aired on Cogeco and Rogers TV where he interviewed professionals in different sectors of finance and Real Estate.

Real Estate is a notoriously fickle market but owning property can also be one of the most lucrative decisions you ever make. Cities like Toronto and surroundings, have seen their rental markets skyrocket, earning major windfall profits for landowners.
